Yoga

An important part of my daily life. I have found a balance of mental and physical health by these practices…unbelievably so! I truly believe I am increasing my mind clarity and physical health as I move forward into my late 60’s. I don’t need to be stronger I need to maintain what I have hence the yoga! No more gym and trainer injuries are needed. Staying in the present and concentrating on the now helps me get out of my mixed-up head of memories and thoughts, worrying about everyday issues to the extreme and lets me enjoy today in a beneficial way, without undue stressing out on what I’m not doing! Hence the meditation! My practices and goals will live here!
