In the pursuit of finding that most enjoyable cup comes with price. There is way too many ways to brew coffee! Thus, one who is on the look out for a taste of happiness tends to try one of the many ways to brew. As one cycles through the many contraptions that are offered to test the taste of ones obsession as we acquire the tools to brew and the dedication to explore the methods of how to use such tools that catch our fancy. Here are the ones now own and it came to find out that I like every brew tool and method some more than others I use more often, it seems ones mood can effect how you would like your coffee!
LETS TALK ESPRESSO
I went from a Gaggia classic to the Breville dual boiler in the matter of about 9 months…I even bought the shades of coffee pid kit for the Gaggia which I never installed…the Breville changed my whole espresso game! I was loving and still do love; the smell, look and taste of a fresh espresso! I now mostly use the Flair 58 which is in my van conversion, nothing like a manual pull shot! Plus a space saver in the van! Oh, if I decide to go on a hike I can take along the minipresso by wacaco,,,that reminds me I had a nespresso machine at the very start also…the addiction had begun with that one!
